Web UX has evolved along with the web technologies in the past 10 years. New screens, new resolutions, new browsers, new devices, new technologies. All these have changed User Experience over the web for ever, and have created newer challenges for UX experts across the globe.
User Experience over the web is all about users’ behaviour, their mindsets, objectives from the product and so on and so forth. And all these is demonstrated through the look, feel and usability of the website or the web app, used over multiple devices and technologies. Web UX also need to take into account the differed user behaviour over varying geographies
This is what Appiness has been in the forefront of, since 2012. For 6 years, we have been in the forefront of a User Experience revolution over the web. First notable change in web technologies was responsive window and jquries, it moved to adaptive windows and js libraries. Then came the hard hitters, Angular.JS and MEAN stack for the web apps. MVCs and non relational databases started dominating the web apps. And the web UX also had a steep curve in terms of usability and functionalities. And that is a challenge Appiness has always taken head on, to churn out world-class web products with universally loved user experience and usability.

Enterprise UI/UX Consulting
Did somebody ever tell you that enterprise software shouldn’t have consumer grade UX? Then why are enterprise softwares and interfaces drab and boring? It's not about a slick button or a fancy package, but about wowing the users.
Have you ever thought about the productivity boost? If the UX can save 10 minutes of time per person per day, and you have 10000 people working on that process? You do the math. After all, we creative types are bad in numbers. But the consulting folk in our team says its around 36,000 man hours a month, which sounds like big money, right?
You cannot expect your users, be it employees or captive clientele to like your products or platform just because they are forced to use them. Worldwide, enterprises are realising the need to provide great experience to their employees or captive audience, to improve morale and relationship.
UX Sprint Workshop
Great products come with great User Experience (UX). Great UX is never accidental. It needs clear direction, conscious planning and efficient execution. And we are here to tell you how to create a great product with pleasurable UX.
We love creating great products with great UX. Appiness have been engaged in creating some great experiences since its inception. We have learnt it the hard way. We don’t want you to make the same mistakes we did and waste your effort, money and time. We are here to help the ecosystem, by helping you to create a Minimum Loveable Prototype for your ideas, in less than a week.
Mobile UI/UX Consulting
Great mobile UX, or any UX for that matter is one that makes people lazy. They refuse to think, to learn, to adjust.
As the current mobile trends go, we are moving farther away from page based internet. Today the internet on mobile devices is moving towards app based or even function-based internet. The users are intolerant of even small issues in their mobile devices. For this, a completely user centric design philosophy is needed. And doing it all in a diagonally 5-inch screen is just not art nor science; its pure, wondrous magic.
USER EXPERIENCE (UX)
This is what most people miss out on. Architecture is the tech spec, UI is how it looks and UX is the feeling you get. Appiness, with its innovation and creative conceit, ensures that technically and visually, the project is perfect, while providing a pleasurable user experience.
User interface design
User interface design (UI) or user interface engineering is the design of user interfaces for machines and software, such as computers, home appliances, mobile devices, and other electronic devices, with the focus on maximizing usability and the user experience. The goal of user interface design is to make the user's interaction as simple and efficient as possible, in terms of accomplishing user goals (user-centered design).
Good user interface design facilitates finishing the task at hand without drawing unnecessary attention to itself. Graphic design and typography are utilized to support its usability, influencing how the user performs certain interactions and improving the aesthetic appeal of the design; design aesthetics may enhance or detract from the ability of users to use the functions of the interface. The design process must balance technical functionality and visual elements (e.g., mental model) to create a system that is not only operational but also usable and adaptable to changing user needs.
